Drug And Alcohol Testing Program

Reg. 49 CFR 382
Enrollment into the Federal Drug and Alcohol testing program is required of anyone operating a motor vehicle that requires a Commercial Driver's License, or operating a vehicle over 26,001 GVWR. New US DOT and MC operators must have a negative drug test on file before they are legally allowed to operate.
